Tickle Your Stress Before It Tackles You!
Tuesday, February 12 and February 19, 2013 - 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
This two part series will include multiple strategies for reducing stress and will include interactive Laughter exercises and guided meditation. Imagine it: Your workplace—lighter, your home—lighter, your stress levels—lighter. What’s the magic cure? LAUGHTER! Why laughter? It’s easy to do and it’s fun! Reducing stress through laughter helps you think more clearly in the office, it can improve relationships and can lengthen your life. Participants will learn to use laughter yoga to counter the harmful effects of stress in their lives. Get ready to have some fun and reduce your stress. Did we mention 10 minutes of hearty laughter is the same as 5 minutes on a treadmill? Remember, you can’t worry and laugh at the same time!
